Data Logger field Butt Fusion Machine for HDPE pipe is perfect for fusing poly pipes and fittings between 90 mm and 250 mm diameter . It includes butt welding machine basic frame, extractable heating plate, extractable trimmer, hydraulic system with data logger and printer, heating plate and planing tool support . For our data logger pipeline welding equioment, it doesn't only recording/memory function, but also control whole welding procedures. Any mistake or failure in welding process will be stoped , and data logger can print which steps in failure. The more convenint for operator is that Welding pressure, time parameter are calculated automatically after users input pipe O.D, SDR, material and welding standard for whole welding process, it can elimates operator's errors and improve welding quality.
1.Suitable for Butt Fusion Welding of plastic pipes and fittings made of PE,PP, and PVDF in construction site or workshop.
2. Mechanical and electrical equipment conforms to IEC60204-1:1997
3. Welding pressure, welding temperature, welding time can be set, and saved for long time in data logger. Chinese or English menu is optional.
4. Liquid-crystal display shows setting and actual pressure value, temperature value, time value in different welding process. There is character prompt for welding process and data printing, Chinese or English is optional
5. Flashing indicator light prompts phase of welding
6. It has the capacity to record welding data of 2000 pipe Joints. The data can be printed together or immediately after welding
